Felix is President and CEO of YFY Inc., a highly diversified conglomerate with over $6 billion USD in annual turnover. The YFY investment portfolio spans a wide range of sectors including paper, packaging materials, consumer products, technology, chemicals, and financial services. Outside of the YFY Group, he serves as the Chairman of the Taiwan Paper Industry Association, Chairman of the Taiwan Association of Corporate Patent Executives, and is a member of the board at several non-profit organizations.

Felix began his career at the Yuen Foong Yu (YFY) Group in business development, following stints at global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney in Boston and New York and investment bank Citigroup Salomon Brothers in Hong Kong. He was instrumental in YFY’s investment into RFID technology and played a key role in bringing together E Ink Corporation, an MIT spinoff, with YFY’s display business to form E Ink Holdings, the world leader in ePaper displays.

Since 2003, Felix has been responsible for the business strategies of YFY Inc. and its subsidiaries, leading strategic investments and developing alliances to generate synergies across the entire YFY Group. In particular, he has taken on leading roles in: transforming the original parent company, Yuen Foong Yu Paper, into YFY Inc., an investment holding and management company; YFY’s investment in the Jupiter Group to form YFY Jupiter, a leading packaging management company; and E Ink’s acquisition of SiPix Technology.

Michelle completed her undergraduate studies at National Taiwan University before attending and graduating from Boston University with a Master’s Degree in Finance.
Prior to joining YFYJupiter, Michelle served as Senior Manager for parent company, YFY, in Taipei, Taiwan. She was responsible for group strategy, investments and mergers and acquisitions.

Though Michelle’s role as CFO frequently finds her traveling to our various group offices around the globe, she still enjoys traveling with her husband and children in her spare time.

Having worked in the packaging industry for nearly 30 years, you could say that Mitch has “seen it all.”
After earning a degree in Industrial Design, Mitch worked his way up through the ranks of Smurfit-Stone; Structural Engineer to Sales Rep, Director of Sales and Marketing, and finally Managing Director of their 8 domestic and international Packaging Solution Centers.

In 2004 Crews joined Nancy Schachtner as a partner in Jupiter Group which eventually became YFYJupiter with the merger of YFY IMO Group and Jupiter Group, Inc.

Over the past 20 years, Mitch has participated with the leadership team in growing YFYJupiter to a $200+ million dollar company operating on 4 continents with over 700 associates.

Scott Smith is a senior executive with deep experience in large scale manufacturing and distribution businesses within the paper and packaging marketplace. He has a consistent track record of driving improved business performance via the execution of integrated strategies, organizational optimization and operational excellence.

Scott’s diverse leadership experience has included executive positions in sales, operations, and marketing which led to his business leadership roles for both domestic and international units within Veritiv. Scott earned both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degrees from Vanderbilt University.

Vincent is the true “company man” as he began his career with YFY Paper company directly from college. He has amassed over 34 years of paper and packaging knowledge as his career has transitioned through Senior Management positions within the company.

In 2003, Vincent was charged with establishing the “International Marketing Office” (IMO) with the mission to develop global packaging business for YFY’s 26 manufacturing plants in Asia. As part of that process, he formed a global sales and design team, based in Taiwan and opened regional offices in Dongguan and Shanghai. In 2009, Vincent realized the fruits of his labor when the IMO he launched was merged with Jupiter Group to form what is now known as YFYJupiter.

Today, Vincent serves as President, YFYJupiter Asia. He lives in Taiwan with his wife and family. At home, he tries to balance binge watching TV series with strapping on his running shoes to go for a jog.
